Welcome back! This week we have Shad Coulson on the podcast. Shad is a glider pilot and competitor, and he is also the Contest Director for this year's IAC Nationals. Shad fills us in on how he became CD, as well as a bunch of stuff in the pipeline that will make the contest better.
